Study design: Allocation: Randomized, Endpoint Classification: Safety/Efficacy Study, Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment, Masking: Double Blind (Subject, Caregiver, Investigator, Outcomes Assessor), Primary Purpose: Treatment

Primary outcome: Acute pain

Secondary outcome: Chronic pain

Minimum age: 18 Years. Maximum age: N/A. Gender(s): Both.

Criteria:

Inclusion Criteria:

- Adults under rachianesthesia

Exclusion Criteria:

- Personal history of gastric ulcus

- ASA 4

- Emergency

- Combined surgery
